• Business-focused professional services (including accounting/tax/bookkeeping, consulting, HR/recruitment, legal services)
• IT services (including MSPs, integrators, cybersecurity specialists, outsourced DevOps)
• Marketing and digital agencies
• Niche services businesses with a B2B focus

We are interested in businesses with revenues between $1m and $20m. We tailor investment models based on the sector, opportunity, and counterparty.
